This PR adds a short article explaining the publication of 1120.
Similar to the other Olympia articles, I believe it's fair that this gets some attention.
I would ideally like to add the disclaimer mentioned in #1656 and #1658
@chris-mercer if you prefer too approve those PRs first, I am happy to update this article to use them before merging.
